So, are people who oppose the BYU dress code “anti-knee high – levis?”
That’s just what they wear.
I like the more phonetically pleasing version: anti-thigh-high-Levis.
I understand that shorts are permitted now, but back in the Pleistocene when I was a student, the joke was that those who support the dress code were the anti-knee-high-Levis. The joke is very old, but I think it’s even harder to make it work now that knee-high Levis are actually allowed.
That cracked me up.
