		<description>I understand that shorts are permitted now, but back in the Pleistocene when I was a student, the joke was that those who &lt;em&gt;support&lt;/em&gt; the dress code were the anti-knee-high-Levis.  The joke is very old, but I think it&#039;s even harder to make it work now that knee-high Levis are actually allowed.</description>
