When you’re on the bottom, the only way is up. I parked mine when I moved to a new continent, and while I still kinda have Jeep fever I don’t miss the mileage a bit.

I miss it. But in retrospect I made out like a bandit. The car I have now cost 10% of what I sold the Jeep for and gets 3 times better gas mileage.

It was a toy, I know, but I still miss it.

It got great gas mileage (3-cylinders are great that way), was cheap ($600–with an awesome sound system), and was a standard transmission (much more fun to drive). My husband made me sell it once we got married, claiming it wasn’t safe enough. Sigh.
