This is embarrassing. Me going on and on (bombing) with weak jokes about a subject Scott isn’t familiar with. The good thing is nobody’s going to listen to it
The good news is I’m prepared for throat cancer.
Yeah, none of us are listening to it even as we type. Take comfort in the knowledge that this is funnier than it would be if I were ever on a Zeitcast.
I hope you appreciate that I refer to the capital of China as Peking. It took me years to switch over from Peiping.

I think if a Speak&Spell were used as the voice of GST, it would give the zeitcast a real edge. Consider it for next time.

You know, I listened to this podcast finally (against my better judgment), and I noticed a couple of mistakes.
1. I never introduced GST. This is because I introduced him during the first 1/2 hour, when SB2 was on, and forgot to do it again after she left.
2. We only got 4 of Matt’s Top 5 list. I don’t know how I managed to skip one, but I think we did.
Of course, these mistakes pale in comparison to the larger mistake of trying to keep recording after GST’s mic failed to work.
gst carries the day (with the able assistance of some text-to-speech software)!
I’m not sure I understand any better what’s happening in China after listening, however. In fact, I’m more confused.
