New BoM Resources Tool

This is just a short note to make sure you are aware of a new BoM Study Aid assembled by Hales Swift and Neal Rappleye. I noticed that Julie gave it a thumb’s up in her GD lesson notes, so I took a look at it myself.

Basically, it is a collection of links to various articles and other resources organized by chapter in the BoM. A tremendous amount of work has gone into assembling all this material, and as a GD teacher myself, I very much appreciate being able to check the chapters in my reading assignment for enrichment material.

So check it out. And if you have comments or material you think should be added, there is a link on the page where you can communicate with the compilers.

  1. J. Stapley says:

Whoa. There really was a lot of work that went into that.

  2. Rodney Ross says:

  3. That is an incredible resource. Thank you for reviewing it and bringing it to our attention.

  4. I’ll be putting up a similar post. The more know about it, the better.

  5. Who is Julie? Where can i find her GD notes?

  6. Buendia, here are all of Julie’s posts and TimesandSeasons.

  7. Bro. Jones says:

Thanks for sharing this! Sad to be finishing up BoM in Gospel Doctrine soon.

  8. Thanks for sharing this, Kevin. I never would have found it on my own. (Because I wouldn’t even have been looking!) But it looks like a great resource.

  9. Related, but in beta, is the Gospel Topics Explorer:

  10. Uh… and by “related” I meant as an additional study resource not an intricate bibliography.
